Objectives:

Cadets develop the ability and knowledge to execute basic foot drills.

Cadets raise their Uniform Standards as a disciplined cadet.

Strengthen Teamwork amongst squadmates in executing squad drills.
Assessment:
Individual Uniform Standards (30%)
Individual Drill Standards (60%)
Squad Drill Standards (10%)
Method Of Assessment:

Assessor(s) will start by assessing the individual’s Uniform.

Assessor(s) will then shout commands while cadets execute.
-
After the individual components are completed, the squad will then fall in together for the remaining 10% to be assessed.
2nd Class
Objectives:

Cadets are expected of a higher level of standard when executing basic foot drills.
-
Cadets raise their Uniform Standards to look smart and sharp towards juniors in future as they become CLs.
-
Strengthen Teamwork amongst squadmates in executing more squad drills.
-
Develop competence in shouting commands of drills, clearly, loudly and accurately.

Method Of Assessment:

Assessor(s) will start by assessing the individual’s Uniform.

Cadet takes over the squad and shouts his/her entire parade flow. (8 mins)
